Kim has over 30 years experience in the financial services industry. Prior to founding MK Consultants, she spent over 20 years with the leading global banking institution BNP Paribas, where she was head of the Jersey trust company.
She has extensive experience in providing fiduciary services to ultra high net worth individuals especially families with multi-jurisdictional business interests, private trust company structures and advising on family governance and philanthropy.
Kim is a full member of both the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), holding the Diploma in International Trust Management (DipITM) and the International Compliance Association, holding a Diploma in Anti-Money Laundering (MICA). She holds a number of fiduciary positions for ultra high net worth families including acting as a board member to substantial private trust companies.
Kim advises on family governance and wealth succession matters and has a particular interest in the role that philanthropy can play in engaging family members and thus enhancing the wider aspects of family wealth.
